14 Non-Negotiable Standards.
Every Project. Every Time.
These are the rules the studio holds itself to. They are the reason we cap at twenty projects per year and the reason every brief is built to the same bar — Kuwait, London, or Beverly Hills.
- 01
Cinematic or Nothing
If a project does not meet the cinematic standard, we do not ship it. The bar is non-negotiable, regardless of timeline pressure.
- 02
Mobile is the Primary Canvas
Every layout, typographic decision and motion choice is tested on a mid-range mobile first. Desktop is the secondary view.
- 03
Arabic is Not an Afterthought
For Gulf projects, Arabic typography, RTL layout and Khaleeji voice are designed in from the first wireframe — never bolted on later.
- 04
AI Must Be Trained, Not Plugged In
Our chatbots are trained on the agency's actual inventory, brand voice and qualification logic. We do not deploy generic bots.
- 05
Speed is Luxury
Slow sites do not feel premium, no matter how beautiful the visuals. We target sub-three-second mobile loads as a baseline, not a stretch goal.
- 06
One Client's Site is Never a Template
No SwiftPro project reuses another client's layout, motion or brand system. Every build starts from a blank file.
- 07
The Founder Touches Every Project
Kelvin builds every project personally. No outsourcing, no white-labelling, no junior handoff after the kickoff call.
- 08
Results are the Only Metric
Awards, applause and case studies matter less than whether the client closes more qualified buyers. That is the only number we keep score on.
- 09
NDA is Always Available
Most luxury work runs under NDA. We sign before discovery if the client requires it, no exceptions.
- 10
WhatsApp is Not Optional for Gulf Clients
If a Gulf agency is not converting via WhatsApp, the build is incomplete. We integrate it as a first-class lead channel.
- 11
We Refuse to Overpromise
We will not invent statistics, fake testimonials or inflate timelines to win work. If we cannot deliver it, we say so.
- 12
The Copy is as Important as the Code
A luxury site lives or dies on its words. We treat copy direction as part of the build, not an afterthought handed back to the client.
- 13
Post-Launch is Where Agencies Disappear
We stay engaged for at least thirty days after launch — and offer maintenance tiers beyond that. The work is not done at go-live.
- 14
Luxury Buyers Decide With Emotion, Justify With Logic
Every build is designed to land the emotional case first and arm the buyer with the logical justification second. Reverse that order and the buyer leaves.
