Kelvin Joseph Ikpe is the founder of SwiftPro Studio, a luxury real estate web design studio based in Lagos, Nigeria. He founded the studio in 2024 after years of generalist web work crystallised into a focused thesis: luxury real estate brands deserve film-grade digital experiences that template platforms cannot deliver.

Every SwiftPro project is built personally by Kelvin. There is no outsourcing, no white-labelling, and a hard cap of twenty projects per year. The studio's eleven-day average build cycle is the result of that discipline.

His work spans Kuwait City, Dubai, London prime property and luxury real estate in the United States. He writes regularly about the intersection of AI, cinematic design and Gulf, UK and US property markets.
