Getting started
How do I start a project with SwiftPro?+
Book a free 30-minute call with Kelvin via the Contact page. We discuss your agency, your inventory, and what success looks like. If it's a fit, we send a written proposal within 48 hours.
What information do you need from us at the start?+
Brand assets if you have them, current website URL, a few example properties, the languages you need supported, and any NDA requirements. We handle the rest.
Do you sign NDAs?+
Yes. Most luxury projects run under NDA. We can use yours or provide a mutual NDA.
Pricing & timeline
How much does a SwiftPro website cost?+
Basic is 1,500 KWD, Professional is 2,500 KWD, Premium is quoted on scope. All prices are listed openly — we do not hide pricing behind a sales call.
How long does a build take?+
Eleven days from kickoff to launch for a standard project. Larger multi-language or multi-brand projects can extend.
What are the payment terms?+
50% on kickoff, 50% on launch. International transfer or local bank transfer in KWD, USD or GBP.
Scope & deliverables
What's included in a project?+
Cinematic design, custom build, AI property chatbot, WhatsApp integration, on-page SEO, structured data, performance tuning, basic CMS setup, and post-launch handover.
Do you write the copy?+
We direct the copy. For most projects we draft the English and work with a Khaleeji copywriter for the Arabic. You review and refine.
Do you handle photography?+
We do not shoot — but we direct. We can recommend trusted property photographers in Kuwait, Dubai, London and the US.
After launch
Who hosts the site?+
We deploy on Cloudflare's edge network by default. Custom hosting is available on request.
Can we edit the site ourselves?+
Yes. We set up a simple CMS for the content you'll actually want to edit — listings, blog posts, team. Structural changes come back to us.
What does ongoing support cost?+
We offer a maintenance retainer starting at 300 KWD/month for hosting, updates, AI re-training and small changes. Optional, not bundled.
