SwiftPro Studio was founded in 2024 by Kelvin Joseph Ikpe. We build cinematic, AI-powered websites for luxury real estate brands. Every project is delivered personally by the founder, under NDA when needed, in an eleven-day average build cycle. We work in Kuwait, Dubai, London and the United States.
The honest story
SwiftPro did not begin with a deck. It began with a folder. For two years I kept references of the kind of work I wanted to be making — film-grade real estate sites, considered typography, motion that breathed instead of bounced. The folder filled faster than my client list did.
By late 2023 it was obvious: the market for that level of work existed; it just was not being served. The first SwiftPro project — a luxury agency in Kuwait City — launched in eleven days and proved the thesis. The eleven-day cycle has been the studio's standard ever since.
We are not a thirty-person agency. By design. The studio is built around personal accountability: one founder, one standard, twenty projects per year maximum. The cap is what protects the work.

- 2023Foundation laid in Lagos
Years of generalist web work crystallise into a focused thesis: luxury real estate needs film-grade digital.
- 2024SwiftPro Studio founded
Studio launches with the first Kuwait City luxury client. Eleven-day build cycle established.
- 2025Gulf expansion
Projects across Kuwait, Dubai and Saudi Arabia. AI chatbot and WhatsApp automation become standard.
- 2026UK & US chapter
London prime property and selective US luxury work begins. Standards held, team kept lean by design.
