Process

Inside the SwiftPro Build Process

Most agencies treat their process as a black box. We don't. Here is exactly what happens from the first call to thirty days after launch.

01 · The Discovery Call

A 30-minute conversation, free of charge

Every SwiftPro engagement starts with the same thirty-minute call. No pitch deck, no slides, no sales sequence.

We use the time to understand the brand, the inventory, the buyer profile, and where the current digital experience is failing. By the end of the call, you know whether SwiftPro is the right fit — and so do we.

If we're not the right fit, we'll say so on the call. We turn down briefs every month for that reason.

02 · The Proposal

Sent within 48 hours of the discovery call

After the call you receive a written proposal. It includes the scope, the deliverables, the timeline, the price (in KWD with conversions), and the assumptions.

Everything is itemised. There are no hidden line items, no 'discovery surcharges', no scope-creep mechanisms.

If we are recommending a smaller engagement than you asked for, the proposal will explain why.

03 · The Design Sprint

Three to five days of art direction

Once the proposal is signed and the deposit is in, we open the design sprint. This is where the typography, the colour treatment, the motion language and the layout system are set.

You see the work daily. We do not disappear behind closed doors. The sprint ends with an approved direction — a single, considered concept, not three half-baked options.

Most studios show you mood boards. We show you a working homepage in your brand. Different discipline, different result.

04 · The Build

Seven to fourteen days of hand-coded execution

With direction locked, Kelvin builds the site. Hand-coded. No page-builders. The AI chatbot is trained on your inventory in parallel. The WhatsApp routing is configured. The performance budget is monitored daily.

You see the build come together on a staging URL. Feedback is collected once per day in a structured review rather than scattered across the week — it keeps the cadence tight and the launch on time.

The eleven-day average from kickoff to launch is real. It is also the result of discipline, not magic. We hold scope.

05 · Launch & Beyond

Thirty days of post-launch support, then maintenance tiers

Launch day is not the end of the engagement. We monitor performance, fix anything that surfaces in the first thirty days, and tune the AI based on real conversations.

After thirty days you can move to one of three maintenance tiers — Essential at 150 KWD/month, Professional at 300 KWD/month, or Elite at 600 KWD/month — or part ways with everything you need to run the site yourself.

Whichever you choose, the site you own at launch is fully yours. No platform lock-in. No proprietary builder dependency.

Ready to start at step one?

It's a 30-minute call. No pitch, no slides — just an honest read.
