MAISON NOIR represented a private collection of villas, sky penthouses and investment towers in Kuwait City. The brand was bold, dark and unapologetically luxury. The website had to match that energy while doing serious commercial work — capturing leads, qualifying buyers and converting interest into signed viewings.

A full AI concierge system trained on the entire MAISON NOIR portfolio. A cinematic property showcase with fullscreen visuals and GSAP transitions throughout. WhatsApp automation routing qualified buyers to agents the moment intent was detected. Real-time lead qualification with intent scoring, giving the sales team only the most serious prospects. The entire experience built in a dark editorial aesthetic that matched the brand identity perfectly.
